Refund procedure

• Contact us at info@thedailygroom.com or fill out form below within 30 days of purchase to register your return request. Please include your order number followed by the reason for return
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked to ensure your return goes smoothly
• All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product

If bulk orders are purchased only one bottle may be opened, other bottles have to remain sealed and in resellable condition when returned.
